About Vrije Basisschool Sint-Jan Berchmans
A warm, family-oriented village school where children can be themselves and develop their own identity. We learn through experiential opportunities both within and outside the school walls. We have a close-knit community where children and parents are not strangers to each other, nor to the teachers, staff, and management.

"Wonderful school with a warm atmosphere"
I was blown away by the welcoming and caring staff at Sint-Jan Berchmans school. The facilities are excellent, and the children seem so happy and engaged. We love the emphasis on social skills and emotional intelligence - it's clear that the school is committed to helping our little ones grow into kind and responsible individuals.

"A good but not perfect experience"
We've been happy with our child's experience at Sint-Jan Berchmans, but there have been a few issues with communication and organisation. The staff are generally friendly and supportive, but sometimes it feels like they're not listening to our concerns. The facilities are great, and the extracurricular activities are a bonus. Overall, it's a good school, but we're still searching for the perfect fit.

"A great experience all around"
We were thoroughly impressed with the school's approach to education and the values they instill in their students. From the moment we walked in, we felt like part of the community. Our child thrived at Sint-Jan Berchmans, and we're so grateful for the experience. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that we moved away and had to find a new school.
