Gemeentelijke Basisschool - De Toren Melsele

I'm so grateful to have my child attend GBS De Toren in Melsele. The school's focus on creating a welcoming environment for both kids and parents really shows in their daily operations. My child thrives in the EDI teaching method and loves the extracurricular activities like music and swimming.

We've been happy with the overall experience at GBS De Toren so far. The school's emphasis on social skills and teamwork is great, and our child has made some wonderful friends. However, I do wish the school would offer more frequent updates on our child's progress and provide more opportunities for parental involvement.

When we first started at GBS De Toren, I was impressed by the school's commitment to individualized learning and the open communication with parents. The Chromebooks and digital boards in the classrooms were a great resource for our child, and the teachers were always approachable. However, as our child progressed to higher grades, I felt that the school could have offered more support in certain areas.
