About Gemeentelijke Basisschool - Het Rad

Onze school is een kleine samenleving waar er een intens contact is tussen de ouders, de leerlingen, het schoolteam en alle andere participanten aan ons onderwijs. We leren kinderen samenleven met elkaar. We maken kinderen mondig en weerbaar zodat ze voor zichzelf kunnen opkomen.

"Wonderful school with a warm atmosphere"

We've been at GBS Het Rad for a few years now and I'm so impressed with the school's values and the way they're implemented in everyday life. Our child feels comfortable and happy at school, and we love the emphasis on creativity and critical thinking. The teachers are also very supportive and communicative.

"A school that truly cares about its students"

I'm so grateful to have found GBS Het Rad for my child. The school's commitment to inclusivity and diversity is truly impressive, and the way they involve parents in school life is wonderful. We've also been impressed with the quality of education and the opportunities our child has had to develop their skills and interests.

"Great school with some room for improvement"

Both of our children attended GBS Het Rad and we have mixed feelings about our experience. On the one hand, we loved the school's focus on social responsibility and the way they encouraged our children to participate in extracurricular activities. However, we sometimes felt that the school could do more to support children with learning difficulties.
