About Melior Community Academy

Melior Community Academy has a very positive learning environment within which young people can develop a love of learning, high self esteem and a moral code that will enable them to contribute positively to the world of the 21st century. We want all young people to bring to school a 'can do' attitude, a willingness to contribute, a respect for others and a determination to give their best.

"Love the school's values and approach"

Melior's focus on 'child-centeredness' and high expectations has really helped our child thrive. We appreciate the emphasis on discipline and responsibility, and our child feels proud to be part of the school community. Excellent experience so far!

"Outstanding facilities and staff"

We've been so impressed with Melior's state-of-the-art facilities and the dedication of the staff. Our child feels safe and supported, and we love the 'can do' attitude encouraged by the school. Highly recommend!

"Great STEM program and caring community"

My child excelled in the STEM program at Melior, and we were grateful for the strong emphasis on science and maths. The school community is friendly and supportive, and we felt like part of the family. Only minor criticism is that the school sometimes struggles with communication.

"Some mixed feelings about the school"

We've had a bit of a mixed experience with Melior. The school's facilities are great, and our child has enjoyed some of the subjects. However, we've sometimes struggled with communication from the school, and our child has had some issues with bullying. Overall, it's been okay, but not our top choice.
