Istituto di Istruzione Secondaria Superiore John von Neumann Roma. La storia della scuola L’I.I.S.S. J. von Neumann nasce nel 1986 con la sede di via Pollenza e rende il nome dal matematico ungherese, una delle personalità scientifiche preminenti del XX secolo, ideatore nella prima metà del ’900 della struttura degli attuali elaboratori elettronici e a cui si devono fondamentali contributi in campi quali la teoria degli insiemi, l’analisi funzionale, la fisica quantistica, la teoria dei giochi e in molti altri settori della matematica.
