"Wonderful Primary School in York"

We have been at Scarcroft Primary School for a few years now and I couldn't be happier with the education and care our children receive. The staff are friendly and supportive, and the facility is excellent. I love the emphasis on kindness, determination and curiosity - it really shows in the children's behaviour and attitude.

"Excellent education and care"

We moved to York recently and were looking for a school that would provide a good education and a happy environment for our children. Scarcroft Primary School has exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are friendly and approachable, and the school's curriculum is engaging and challenging.

"Some mixed feelings about the school"

My child has been at Scarcroft Primary School for a year now and while we have been pleased with some aspects of the school, we have had some mixed experiences. The school's facilities are really good and the staff are generally friendly, but we have found that the school's communication could be improved and there have been a few issues with class sizes.

"Great school with a strong sense of community"

My children attended Scarcroft Primary School a few years ago and we were really impressed with the school's values and community. The school day is well-structured and the teachers are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment. The school's emphasis on British Values and Personal, Social and Health Education is particularly impressive.
