About Kempsey Primary School

Kempsey Primary School is a very special school and I feel both privileged and lucky to be its head teacher. We put our children at the heart of all that we do; and we thrive because the people in this school (the staff, parents and governors) are united in wanting the very best for our children.

"Wonderful School - Highly Recommend!"

My children have thrived at Kempsey Primary School, they love going to school each day. The facilities are excellent and the staff are caring and supportive. I've been impressed by the values they promote, such as respect and empathy, and the extra-curricular programs are a great bonus. We feel very lucky to be part of such a wonderful community!

"Good School, but Room for Improvement"

My child has enjoyed their time at Kempsey Primary School, but we have had some concerns about the consistency of teaching and the lack of communication from the school. The facilities are good, and the staff are generally friendly. I appreciate the emphasis on growth mindset and resilience, but I feel that sometimes this can be taken too far and put pressure on the children.

"Wonderful School Experience"

My child had a fantastic experience at Kempsey Primary School. The teachers were excellent and provided a supportive environment for learning. The values they promote are aligned with our own family values, and I appreciated the extra effort they put into helping my child with their special needs. We will always look back on our time at the school fondly.

"Excellent School with a Warm Atmosphere"

My child has settled in so well at Kempsey Primary School. The teachers are very welcoming and the classrooms are well-equipped. We've been impressed by the variety of activities and trips they offer, including the recent trip to the Tudor House Museum. I've noticed how much my child has grown in confidence and resilience, and it's wonderful to see.
