- **5/5** — Excellent Therapy and Education: The therapy and education provided at Jefferson House has been fantastic for our child. The staff have been responsive to their needs and have helped them to overcome many challenges. We feel confident that our child is being well looked after. *(Sep 2021)*
- **3/5** — Mixed Experience: We've had a bit of a mixed experience at Jefferson House, but overall the staff are friendly and the facilities are good. However, we feel that the communication between home and school could be better, and sometimes we've had to chase for information. Hopefully they'll work on this! *(Feb 2021)*
- **4/5** — Transformed Our Child's Life: We were struggling to find a school that could meet our child's needs, but Jefferson House has been a game changer.
