While the facilities were excellent and the staff were friendly, we felt that the support didn't quite meet his needs. He struggled to adjust to the therapeutic approach and we had to make the difficult decision to move him to a different provision. That being said, we do appreciate the efforts made by the team and the opportunities they provided for our son. *(Sep 2020)*
