## Recent parent reviews

- **5/5** — A Home Away From Home: My child has been at Upton St James for 3 years and it's been an absolute joy. The school's values of 'Rise to their Best' really shine through in the way the teachers and staff support the children. The facilities are excellent and my child loves participating in the various programs such as the Torbay Children's Parliament. *(Sep 2022)*
- **4/5** — Room for Improvement: We've had a mixed experience at Upton St James. On the one hand, the teachers are generally good and the facilities are modern. On the other hand, the school's communication with parents could be better and we've had some issues with bullying in the school. *(Jan 2022)*
- **5/5** — Exceptional School Community: We've been blown away by the sense of community at Upton St James. The headteacher, Mr Jefferies, is always approachable and the teachers are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential. The school's focus on Christian values and social responsibility is a breath of fresh air in today's world. *(Jun 2021)*
- **4/5** — A Great Place to Learn: I have fond memories of my child's time at Upton St James. The school's curriculum is well-rounded and the teachers are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The school's focus on worship and community service is also a great aspect of the school. *(Mar 2020)*
