On the one hand, the staff are very supportive and the facilities are excellent. On the other hand, I've had some issues with communication and I've found it difficult to get in touch with the right people at times. Overall, I'm happy with the progress my son has made, but I do wish the college would do more to keep parents informed. *(Mar 2020)*
