## Recent parent reviews

- **5/5** — Invaluable support from the Launchpad team: The team at Launchpad Centre have been a lifeline for my son. Their dedication to providing a safe and supportive environment has been incredible. We've seen real progress in his behaviour and academic work - thank you! *(Mar 2022)*
- **4/5** — A mixed experience: I was initially impressed by the facilities and the enthusiasm of the staff at St Helens Alternative Provision Service. However, I felt that there were some communication breakdowns and that my child's needs weren't always met. We ultimately decided to move to a different provision that was a better fit for our family. *(Jun 2021)*
- **5/5** — A fresh start for my child: After struggling in mainstream school, my daughter found a new lease of life at Launchpad Centre. The staff are amazing and the programmes they offer have really helped her build confidence and skills. We're so grateful for their support. *(Sep 2020)*
