About The Hamble School

The Hamble School is a happy, thriving and vibrant learning community for students aged 11-16. Our motto ‘Achieving Excellence Together’ encapsulates our ethos of high expectations and ambition for all students. We work together in partnership with parents/carers and the local community to ensure that students are supported to achieve their very best and leave The Hamble School as ‘lifelong learners’.

"Excellent school and supportive staff!"

I've been extremely impressed with The Hamble School since my daughter joined in Year 11. The staff are always available to support her and the facilities are top-notch. Their focus on 'Achieving Excellence Together' really shines through in everything they do.

"A great school with a lot to offer"

We chose The Hamble School for its excellent reputation and diverse range of extracurricular activities. My son is thriving in a competitive environment and the teachers are always willing to help. One area for improvement might be communication with parents.

"A good school, but some challenges"

My child attended The Hamble School for a few years and had a generally positive experience. The school's values and ethos are excellent and the facilities are modern, but sometimes the system for reporting absences was a bit confusing and there were some issues with teacher availability.
