- **4/5** — Good but Room for Improvement: We had a positive experience at Bitterne Church of England Primary School, but there were some areas where we felt they could improve. The staff were generally friendly and supportive, but we found the communication with parents to be a bit hit-or-miss. The facilities are good, but we felt the school lunch options could be better. Overall, it was a good experience, but we wouldn't hesitate to look elsewhere if we had to do it again. *(Jun 2022)*
