## Recent parent reviews

- **4/5** — Mixed Experiences: We've had a bit of a mixed experience with Care Afloat. On the one hand, the staff are always willing to listen and the facilities are great. However, we've had some issues with consistency and communication. Sometimes it feels like the team is in short-staffed and the children suffer as a result. Despite this, we do see progress in our child and appreciate the efforts they make to engage with us. *(May 2023)*
- **5/5** — A Home Away from Home: My daughter has been with Care Afloat for two years now and I couldn't be happier. They have provided her with a safe and supportive environment to grow and learn. The staff are always available to talk and are truly invested in the children's well-being. I've seen a huge improvement in my daughter's confidence and self-esteem and I attribute that to the care and attention she receives from the team. *(Feb 2023)*
- **5/5** — Excellent Care and Support: My son was with Care Afloat for a year and a half and we were blown away by the level of care and support he received. The staff are passionate about helping the children thrive and it shows in everything they do. The facilities are also top-notch and the activities they offer are engaging and fun. My son made huge progress while he was there and we're grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful team. *(Sep 2022)*
