"Some room for improvement"

We've been pleased with the progress our child has made at Access School, but we've had some issues with communication and consistency in the past. We've been assured that these are being addressed, and we're hopeful that the new staff members will bring a fresh perspective. We're committed to giving them the benefit of the doubt and supporting them in their efforts.

"Life-changing support for our son"

We are so grateful for the loving care and support provided by the Access School team. The facilities are excellent and the staff are truly dedicated to helping our son with his special needs. We've seen a huge improvement in his confidence and ability to interact with others.

"Compassionate and nurturing environment"

We were amazed by the compassion and understanding shown by the staff at Access School. Our child had a difficult start in life, but the Secure Base framework and therapeutic support really helped him to heal. We're so grateful for the trust and confidence they've given us as parents.

"A family feel in a large organisation"

I was a bit apprehensive about placing my child in care, but the team at Access School really took the time to understand our needs and concerns. The training and support they provided for us as parents was invaluable, and we felt like part of a big supportive family. We're grateful for the experience and would highly recommend them to others.
