- **4/5** — Generally Satisfied, but Room for Improvement: I've been pleased with my child's progress at The Palmer Academy, and the teachers have been supportive. However, I sometimes feel that the school could do more to involve parents in the decision-making process. The facilities are great, but I've noticed some maintenance issues that need attention. *(Mar 2022)*
