## Recent parent reviews

- **5/5** — A Safe Haven for My Child: I am so grateful to have found Red Balloon Learner Centre Reading. My child was bullied at their previous school and was struggling to cope with anxiety. The staff at Red Balloon have been amazing, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to learn and thrive. They have been able to work at their own pace and have made incredible progress. *(Sep 2022)*
- **3/5** — A Good Experience, but Room for Improvement: My child has been attending Red Balloon Learner Centre Reading for a year now and has mixed feelings about their experience. On the one hand, they appreciate the flexibility of the online learning platform and the support of the staff. On the other hand, they find some of the lessons a bit too easy and would like more challenging work. Overall, I think Red Balloon has been a good choice for us, but there is definitely room for improvement. *(Mar 2022)*
- **4/5** — Excellent Support: I was a parent at Red Balloon Learner Centre Reading for a few years and was impressed with the support they provided for my child. The staff were always available to offer guidance and advice, and the facilities were modern and well-equipped. My child was able to learn in a safe and comfortable environment, and I saw them grow and develop as a person. *(Jun 2021)*
