Now my son is at the school and was ok first few years but now I'm unwell and the school haven't really looked out for him following my diagnosis and twice now my emails to the head of year have been ignored. The school's focus on character development and extracurricular activities has been a huge bonus for him - he's made friends and discovered new passions that we never would have imagined. They've gone above and beyond to help her settle in, and we've been consistently impressed with her progress and happiness. They make us take our coats off outside or we get a sanction. This is ridiculous, seeing as they don't care if its raining or -5. All they care about is you taking off your coat; as part of their "uniform policy". The cover teachers know nothing.
