High Well School is a Local authority Maintained school for SEND students aged between 9-16 years old. We cater for children with a wide range of diverse needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), (SLCN) speech language and communication, (ASD) Autistic spectrum Disorder, (MLD) moderate learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. Our core purpose is to develop our pupil’s academic, social and emotional skills, so that each pupil leaves our setting ready and equipped for further education, employment or training and knows how to keep themselves safe as well as being able to contribute to society.

- **3/5** — A mixed experience: We've had a bit of a mixed experience at High Well School. On the one hand, the staff are very caring and supportive, and our child has made some wonderful friends. However, we've struggled with the consistency of the teaching and the communication from the school. At times, it's felt like we're not entirely sure what's going on or what's expected of us. That being said, we're hoping things will improve as our child settles in further. *(Sep 2023)*
