## About

Weston Rhyn Primary School is a welcoming and friendly school situated at the heart of the village of Weston Rhyn, between Oswestry and Chirk, on the Shropshire/North Wales border. We are fortunate to have a large school site with six classrooms in the main building, two classrooms in our EYFS building, two playgrounds, a field and a forest school area.

- **5/5** — Excellent education and warm atmosphere!: We have been delighted with the education our child has received at Weston Rhyn Primary School. The school's values of respect, courage, and community are truly reflected in the way the staff and children interact with each other. *(May 2022)*
- **5/5** — Fantastic school with a great forest school!: Our child has settled in so well at Weston Rhyn Primary School and we love the forest school area where they spend time learning about nature. The staff are always available to answer any questions and the school's approach to education is very appealing to us. *(Mar 2022)*
- **3/5** — Mixed experience, but good points!: We moved our child to a different school after a year at Weston Rhyn Primary. While we appreciated the emphasis on community and the friendly staff, we felt that our child's individual needs were not fully met. The facilities are excellent, but we would have liked more opportunities for our child to engage with their interests. *(Jul 2021)*
