- **2/5** — AVOID: The process for bullying is not taken seriously, and when the child speaks to pastoral team about it he is told to 'stop with this bullying act' A child who has come to teachers on multiple occassions as.hw is being picked on over the passed 3 years by the same pupils. And the schools action about it is nothing. My child was told to man up when he opened up his emotions last year by a member of staff. And then now another teacher in a role of care isnt taking him seriously *(Jan 2026)*
