- **4/5** — Some positives and negatives: My child is currently attending Banks House School, and while we have had some lovely experiences, there have also been some issues with communication and consistency. The staff are generally very caring and supportive, and the facilities are great. However, we have found that the school's policies and procedures can be a bit confusing at times. Overall, it's been a mixed experience, but we're hoping things will improve. *(Mar 2022)*
