However, I am going there in September because I am currently in Yr 6 and Pendle is my high school. My friends told me there are a bunch of rumors saying someone's head got smashed open or something but I'm honestly not sure. I actually do not want to go to Pendle but my mum forced me and she put it as my first option. I want to go to Fishermore high school but I can't now. The priority was always good grades never childrens well being. Was not a safe space. Students would vape, smoke weed, and so all sorts of things children shouldnt have been exposed too. Sexual harrassments and bullying goes over the schools head. Just dont do it urself or children. The values of ambition, determination and respect are instilled in the children and it's lovely to see. The staff were friendly and approachable, and the children seemed happy and engaged. Some of the teachers were excellent, but others felt a bit disorganised. However, the school's focus on ambition, determination and respect is definitely something to be commended.
