About Bay Leadership Academy

A mixed, 11-18 Academy serving the Heysham, Morecambe and Lancaster areas. We encourage our pupils to believe that with hard work, anything is possible, and we expect the highest standards of behaviour and academic effort.

"Mixed experience"

We've had a bit of a mixed experience with Bay Leadership Academy. The facilities are great and the staff are friendly, but my child has struggled with some of the homework and hasn't quite fitted in with the school's values yet. We're giving it a bit of time to see how things go.

"Best school in the area!"

I'm so glad we chose Bay Leadership Academy for our children. The facilities are modern and well maintained, and the staff are always friendly and supportive. My child has thrived here and the emphasis on leadership and values is fantastic.

"Outstanding education and values"

I was impressed by the dedication of the staff and the emphasis on character development. My child was part of the leadership program and it really helped them build confidence and leadership skills. The facilities are great too!
