- **1/5** — A School That Failed to Protect Its Students: As a former student at South Charnwood High School, I can honestly say the way bullying was handled was appalling. I was bullied repeatedly, including having my lunch taken from me, and when I tried to speak up, I was dismissed with comments like “boys will be boys.” That response alone says everything about the attitude towards student safety and wellbeing. The school did nothing while the bullying continued and got worse. It was only after I was physically assaulted that anyone finally decided… *(Jan 2026)*

The facilities are great, especially the sports hall and outdoor spaces. The teachers are supportive and really care about the students. We're so grateful to have found this school. *(Sep 2022)*
