About Moreton Say CofE Primary School

We are a small, vibrant and welcoming village school situated in the beautiful rural setting of Moreton Say, near Market Drayton, Shropshire. Our school encourages curiosity and a love of the outdoors and a passion for new learning whilst teaching all those within to act with love and compassion always and to demonstrate respect to all.

"Warm and Welcoming Environment"

My son loves attending Moreton Say, the teachers are so kind and the facilities are excellent. We appreciate the emphasis on values such as kindness and respect, it's lovely to see the children applying these in everyday life.

"Mixed Feelings"

While we love the school's emphasis on outdoor learning and the teachers are all nice, we've had some issues with communication and organisation. We're hoping it will improve over time as our daughter settles in.

"Fantastic School Experience"

Our daughter attended Moreton Say from Nursery to Year 6 and we couldn't be happier with her experience. The teachers were always approachable and supportive, and the school's values of kindness, respect, and safety were consistently demonstrated.

"Excellent Learning Environment"

We're really pleased with the progress our daughter has made since starting at Moreton Say. The school's commitment to outdoor learning is fantastic and she loves exploring the forest and grounds on her breaks.
