- **4/5** — Some positives and areas for improvement: My child is still in their first year at William Gilpin, but we've had a mixed experience so far. The facilities are excellent, and the staff seem friendly and approachable. However, we've noticed that the school could do more to engage parents, and the communication sometimes feels a bit one-way. We're hoping that things will improve as our child settles in. *(Jan 2023)*
