## Recent parent reviews

- **1/5** — The worse school I've ever known!: This school is ridiculous & should be shut down! My child attended this primary school (reception) for 3 months. During this time she was hit, spat on & had her packed lunch stolen before dinnertime on 5 occasions by other students. No teachers was ever able to help identify the students so nothing was done. When I discovered who was stealing her lunch then school was still unable to resolve. I had meetings with 2 out of 4 of their head teachers & was told there was nothing they could do about i… *(Jan 2026)*
- **5/5** — Exceptional Community, Supportive Environment: I've been impressed with the Woodside Primary Academy community from day one. The values of trust, happiness, and achievement shine through in every interaction with the staff. My child feels loved and supported, and I've noticed a significant boost in their confidence. *(Sep 2022)*
- **4/5** — Mixed Feelings About the School: We've had a mixed experience at Woodside. The school's efforts to promote attendance and punctuality are commendable, and my child enjoys the extracurricular activities. However, I've noticed some inconsistencies in the teaching quality and communication with parents. Overall, it's an okay school, but there's room for improvement. *(Jan 2022)*
- **4/5** — Great Facilities, Friendly Staff: We left Woodside last year, but I still have fond memories of the school. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff are always willing to listen and help. My child thrived in the nursery and Reception classes. The school's focus on attendance and punctuality really resonated with us - it's essential for a child's academic success. *(Jun 2021)*
