## Recent parent reviews

- **5/5** — Great communication … My kid has been there for 4‑5: “I was skeptical of sending my kid to Primrose after reading some people’s reviews … but when we toured our location I fell in love with it. … My kid’s teacher is the real star though. She’s so sweet and loving … I get great communication … My kid has been there for 4‑5 months now and he’s thriving.” *(Oct 2025)*
- **4/5** — “My son has been in Primrose ever since and it's been an amazing experience: “My son has been in Primrose ever since and it's been an amazing experience. I was hesitant about Primrose due to some of the reviews I've seen but I found a really great school in my area.” *(Aug 2025)*
- **2/5** — Would not choose again: “I recently enrolled my now 7mo in Primrose bc it was one of the closest daycares that my husband and I felt relatively good with. … Now, 2 months in, I am losing my mind with them! … everything I do is ‘wrong’ to them and they won’t hear anything else.” *(Sep 2024)*
- **4/5** — Like a teacher/school specific issue: “I previously was the lead young toddler teacher at a Primrose school and they are definitely not all like this. Sounds like a teacher/school specific issue. My school and infant teachers were much more receptive to parent feedback and did not act like they knew better than the parents, it was a collaborative effort.” *(Sep 2024)*
