- **5/5** — A Positive Experience at The Poplars: Our experience at The Poplars has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are caring and supportive, and the facilities are excellent - our child loves going to the trampoline park and swimming. We appreciate the emphasis on individual interests and hobbies, which has really helped boost our child's confidence. Overall, we would highly recommend The Poplars to any family. *(Sep 2022)*
- **4/5** — Mixed Feelings about The Poplars: We've had a mixed experience at The Poplars. On the one hand, our child has benefited from the activities and hobbies on offer, and the staff are generally caring and supportive. However, we've had some concerns about communication and consistency, which have made it difficult for us to feel fully involved in our child's care. We're hoping that things will improve in the coming months. *(Jan 2022)*
- **5/5** — A Life-Changing Experience for Our Child: Our child attended The Poplars a few years ago, and we saw a remarkable transformation in their behavior and self-esteem. The staff were warm and supportive, and the programs they offered were tailored to our child's needs. We were impressed by the close relationships with partner agencies and the innovative services provided. We couldn't be happier with the experience our child had at The Poplars. *(Mar 2021)*
