St James is a friendly, Christian school, situated in the village of Elstead. We provide a seamless education over nine years, from nursery until the children move onto their secondary school. We focus on ‘bringing out the best’ in every child.

"Faith, Friendship and Fun"

My child is in their second year at St James and we've had a wonderful experience so far. The Christian ethos and values are woven into everything they do. My child has made amazing friends and loves attending the after-school clubs.

"Lovely School, Excellent Staff"

We've been incredibly happy with St James Primary School. The facilities are excellent, especially the playgrounds and Forest School area. Our child has thrived under the care of the staff, who are always approachable and supportive.

"Good but Room for Improvement"

We moved to the area when our child was in Year 3, so we only had a short time at St James. The staff were lovely and the facilities were great, but we felt the school could have handled some of the children's needs better. Overall, it was a decent experience, but we're happy to be in a new school now.
