## Recent parent reviews

- **5/5** — Life-changing Experience for My Son: Northumberland PRU has been a game-changer for my son. He was struggling in mainstream school and the PRU's holistic approach has helped him to flourish. The 4 Rs (Respect, Responsibility, Resilience and Reward) are embedded in everything they do and it's wonderful to see. *(Mar 2023)*
- **5/5** — Excellent Support and Inclusive Environment!: My son has been at Northumberland PRU for a year now and the improvement in his confidence and behaviour has been incredible. The staff and facilities are wonderful and they have really taken the time to understand his individual needs. *(Sep 2022)*
- **4/5** — Good Experience, but Room for Improvement: We had a good experience at Northumberland PRU while our son was attending. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and modern. However, I do think they could improve their communication with parents and provide more opportunities for parents to get involved. *(Jun 2022)*
