On the one hand, our child has made some great friends and the school has provided a decent education. However, we have sometimes found the communication from the teachers to be a bit lacking, and our child has occasionally felt overwhelmed by the workload. Overall, we are happy with the school but feel that it could be improved with more effective communication and a more balanced workload. *(Nov 2020)* ## Other schools in Cottingham - [Hallgate Primary School Cottingham](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/cottingham/hallgate-primary-school-cottingham-11521) — 4.8/5 (4 reviews) - [Skidby Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/cottingham/skidby-church-of-england-voluntary-controlled-primary-school-7337) — 4.7/5 (4 reviews) - [Cottingham High School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/cottingham/cottingham-high-school-12562) — 4.6/5 (4 reviews) - [Little Weighton Rowley Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/cottingham/little-weighton-rowley-church-of-england-voluntary-controlled-primary-school-7336) — 4.7/5 (3 reviews) - [Bacon Garth Primary School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/cottingham/bacon-garth-primary-school-7297) — 4.7/5 (3 reviews) - [The Village Day Nursery](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/cottingham/the-village-day-nursery-314746) --- Source: SchoolBrowse (https://schoolbrowse.com) — reviews and ratings are user-submitted by parents.
