They put in uniform rules where if your hair is dyed an unnatural colour, you wear fake nails or lashes, makeup that’s too bold, more that one piercing or anything outside the norm they send you to isolation. Just for the way you look. A couple of my friends were sent there and they told me the teachers didn’t care what they were doing and the students just messed about on the computers the whole time.
