- **4/5** — Mixed Feelings About Our Time at Orion Mead Road: We were quite pleased with our experience at Orion Mead Road, but there were a few issues that we encountered. The staff were generally friendly and supportive, but sometimes communication was a bit lacking. The facilities were good, but not outstanding. Our child made good progress, but perhaps not as much as we had hoped. Overall, it was an okay experience, but we wouldn't necessarily rush back. *(Jul 2020)*
