The school's values of kindness, respect and responsibility really shine through in the way the children are taught and supported. Our daughter loves her year 2 class and the teachers have been fantastic. We've been really impressed with the facilities too, especially the art room and playground. Highly recommend! *(Sep 2022)* - **4/5** — Mixed feelings about Acresfield: We've been at Acresfield for a year now and have mixed feelings. The staff are generally lovely and our child is happy, but we've found the communication from the school can be a bit inconsistent at times. We've also been impressed with the extra-curricular activities on offer and the facilities are great. Overall, it's a good school, but we feel it could be improved with more regular updates and better support for parents. *(Mar 2022)* - **5/5** — Fantastic school: Our children attended Acresfield from reception to year 6 and we couldn't be happier with the education and experiences they received. The staff are excellent and the values of the school really helped shape our children into kind and thoughtful young people. We're so grateful for our time at Acresfield and would highly recommend the school. *(Jun 2021)* ## Other schools in Chester - [The Bishops' Blue Coat Church of England High School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/chester/the-bishops-blue-coat-church-of-england-high-school-12244) — 1.7/5 (12 reviews) - [Queen's Park High School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/chester/queens-park-high-school-18161) — 1.8/5 (11 reviews) - [Chester International School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/chester/chester-international-school-18918) — 3.8/5 (10 reviews) - [Upton-by-Chester High School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/chester/upton-by-chester-high-school-4669) — 1.7/5 (9 reviews) - [Mill View Primary School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/chester/mill-view-primary-school-16362) — 3.2/5 (7 reviews) - [The Arches Community Primary School](https://schoolbrowse.com/gb/chester/the-arches-community-primary-school-11450) — 4.9/5 (4 reviews) --- Source: SchoolBrowse (https://schoolbrowse.com) — reviews and ratings are user-submitted by parents.
