The teachers aren't trained fully and even if they are trained they don't put their training in practise and see Aln as fake and bad behaviour. The acting head currently is dreadful. But their personality and how they act is really bad. they start screaming for no reason even if you were having a panic attack If you report something they take ages to sort it out.
