Ysgol Gynradd Y Tymbl

Ysgol Gynradd Y Tymbl is a Welsh-medium primary school located in Heol Y Neuadd, Y Tymbl, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire. The school provides education for pupils aged from three and a half to eleven years. Established in 1913, it has a long history of serving the local community. The school aims to create a happy and supportive environment that promotes the intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual development of each child. It fosters motivation to learn, self-esteem, respect for others, and positive attitudes and values. The curriculum is broad and balanced, emphasizing language skills, mathematics, cultural awareness, and personal development. Since 2015, Ysgol Gynradd Y Tymbl has federated with Ysgol Gymraeg Llechyfedach, sharing one governing body and headteacher.
