## About

To be the Headteacher at Winsley CE Primary School is a privilege and one I am very proud of and grateful for. In the time I have been here, I have witnessed so much kindness and energy amongst the pupils, staff and community. It is clear that the three core values of ‘Wisdom, Kindness and Courage’ are abundant and are the foundation for all learning.

## Recent parent reviews

- **5/5** — A wonderful school community!: We've been at Winsley for 3 years now and I can honestly say it's the best decision we ever made. The staff are kind, caring and truly dedicated to each child's wellbeing and education. Our child's confidence and happiness have grown so much since starting here. *(Jun 2023)*
- **5/5** — A nurturing environment for our child: We've been really impressed with the way the school values kindness, wisdom and courage, and how they're embedded in everyday life. Our child's teacher has been fantastic, always keeping us updated and involved in their learning. The school also offers a great range of activities and clubs for the kids. *(Mar 2022)*
- **4/5** — Mixed feelings about our experience: We had our child at Winsley for 2 years and had some ups and downs. The staff were generally friendly, but we found the communication about homework and class activities to be a bit patchy at times. On the plus side, our child enjoyed the music programme and made some great friends. *(Sep 2020)*
