"Some Good, Some Room for Improvement"
We've had our son at Hamstead Hall for 6 months now and while the staff are friendly and the facilities are nice, we've had some issues with communication and punctuality. The academy's values and programs are great, but we feel like they could be more consistent in their approach. We're hoping things will improve as they settle in.
