- **4/5** — A mixed experience: While we've had some ups and downs with our child's time at Bilston Nursery, we do appreciate the efforts of the staff to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide a solid education. However, we've experienced some communication breakdowns and occasional inconsistencies in the quality of care. Overall, it's been a decent experience, but we're not entirely convinced it's the best fit for our family. *(Oct 2021)*
- **5/5** — Exceptional learning environment: Our child attended Bilston Nursery for two years and we were consistently impressed by the quality of care and education they received. The nursery's focus on inclusivity and supporting children's natural curiosity is truly special. We're so grateful for the experience and would recommend to anyone. *(Mar 2021)*
