Fairhouse Community Primary School is a busy and successful two-form entry primary school in the heart of Basildon, Essex. Originally a separate infants and junior school, the schools amalgamated in September 2016 to become Fairhouse Community Primary School. In May 2019, the school joined the successful Berlesduna Academy Trust.

- **3/5** — Fairhouse Primary school: Fairhouse was an ok school. It was good for education. It's the comfort at the school that makes it bad. They don't do much about bullying and aren't the best at looking after mental health. Bullying wouldn't get dealt with seriously when my child was a student there. The teachers there weren't also that nice to her. They also didn't do much with the school meals. Apart from that it's a good school. P.s. My child was telling me about the school. My child had a great experience in the early years, but as they progressed to Year 4, I felt the teaching and communication could have improved. The staff are generally friendly, but I found it challenging to get in touch with teachers and get updates on my child's progress. Perhaps it's an issue with our year group, but I wouldn't say it's the best school in the area. *(Feb 2021)*
