- **5/5** — Lovely school with a warm and welcoming atmosphere: I have been so impressed with the warmth and welcome we've received at Hawkchurch CE Primary. The staff are friendly and approachable, and my child has settled in quickly. The facilities are excellent and the school has a lovely atmosphere. I've been particularly impressed with the focus on outdoor learning and the opportunities for creative play. *(Sep 2021)*
- **4/5** — Great school, a bit too focused on tests: My child attended Hawkchurch for several years and we were very happy with the school. The staff are caring and the facilities are excellent. However, in recent years I've felt that the school has become too focused on test results, which can be stressful for the children. I think the school should find a better balance between academic achievement and creative learning. *(Dec 2020)*
