## About

The North School recognises that people have different strengths and interests and we aim to give individuals the opportunity to develop those further where possible. In return we expect students to have high expectations of themselves and share our aim of 'putting achievement first'. Our school values were selected through a consultation led by students, teachers, governors and parents.

- **5/5** — Excellent School, Wonderful Teachers: I have been thoroughly impressed with The North School since my child joined in Year 7. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the teachers are supportive and passionate about their subjects. The school's focus on values such as respect and empathy has really helped my child develop into a confident and kind individual. *(Sep 2022)*
- **1/5** — ashfords dump: can smell it from kennington *(Oct 2021)*
- **4/5** — Great School, Some Room for Improvement: We've been happy with the overall quality of education at The North School. The Business Studies department is particularly good, and my child has really enjoyed learning about the world of work. However, I do think the school could do more to engage with parents and keep us informed about what's going on in the classroom. *(Feb 2021)*
- **5/5** — A School That Truly Cares: As a former parent, I can confidently say that The North School is a truly special place. The staff are dedicated and caring, and the school's focus on achievement and well-being has helped countless children succeed. From my experience, the school's Art department is also fantastic - my child loved learning about different styles and techniques. *(May 2020)*
