We beschouwen onze klas als een gezin, we streven naar kleine groepen waar kinderen niet door de mazen van het net glippen. Er is aandacht voor elk individu, elk kind staat centraal. Kleine groepen zorgen voor een goede vertrouwensband tussen leerkracht en kind.
