## Recent parent reviews

- **4/5** — A good start, but some areas for improvement: We're still relatively new to OLVA Katrientje, but overall we're happy with the experience so far. The school's focus on social-emotional learning is a great thing, and the teachers seem to genuinely care about the kids. However, we've noticed some inconsistencies in communication and a few issues with the online platform. We're hoping these will be addressed in the coming months. *(Oct 2022)*
- **5/5** — A home away from home: We've been part of the OLVA Katrientje community for a while now and I must say it's been an amazing experience. The school's emphasis on being a 'warm and safe nest' really shows in the way the teachers and staff care for our child. The project work and activity-based learning are also a great way to encourage creativity and collaboration. We feel lucky to have found this school! *(Sep 2022)*
- **5/5** — Encouraging a love of learning: My child has been at OLVA Katrientje for a few years now, and I'm constantly impressed by the way the school fosters a love of learning in its students. From the zeeklassen to the digitale vaardigheden, there are so many opportunities for kids to explore and develop their interests. The teachers and staff are also extremely supportive and always willing to listen. *(Feb 2022)*
- **5/5** — A truly exceptional school: My child attended OLVA Katrientje from Year 1 to Year 6 and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we ever made. The school's commitment to balancing learning with fun and exploration was evident in the way my child thrived academically and socially. The teachers and staff were always supportive and communicative, and the school's focus on nurturing individual talents and interests was inspiring to see. *(Jun 2021)*
